REMEMBER what you have signed up to do (even the smallest or simplest event) and extend the courtesy to call or email to confirm your attendance OR to cancel if you are unable to attend. It only takes a moment. Your respect and courtesy is gratefully appreciated

PROGRAM POLICIES
COSTS: because the Club partially subsidizes the travel costs of all bus outings by 50%, the remaining expenses being shared by the participants, guests will be charged an additional €5,00 for bus trips
CANCELLATION POLICY: reservations for Club events must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the event, deadline for bus trips is 3 days prior to trip or members and guests will be held responsible for their share of the costs.
OUTINGS: all scheduled trips will go ahead as planned, regardless of weather conditions. Some events have a minimum attendance of 10 people. If the sign-up is less than 10 for bus trips, the trip will be cancelled.
LUNCHEONS: where lunch is included as part of an activity, unless otherwise stated, the Activity Leader has pre-arranged a limited choice menu at a reduced price. If you are a vegetarian or have any specific dietary needs, please be sure to inform the organizer immediately upon signing-up.
